    Peeter Wesik Chairman

    Peeter has over 30 years of experience owning and running successful businesses including Wesgroup Properties, Parklane Ventures and 3PLogix Group.

    Peeter has a B.A. and a B. Law from UBC and is a Director of the Urban Development Institute in B.C., a trustee of St. George's School Foundation, a member of the United Way 2008 Lower Mainland cabinet, and a Director of: Seon Design Ltd. and Pronghorn Controls Ltd.

    Ron Anderson President

    Ron has over 30 years of experience in banking and acquisitions in Western Canada.  He has worked in acquisitions with Loewen Group, was the co-founder of Macdonald Capital, a private merchant bank,  was National Bank's senior executive for B.C. from 1987 until 1993, and has experience in commercial banking with Lloyd's Bank and real estate lending and brokering with Western Capital Trust.

    Ron has a B.Comm. from UBC, is a CGA, is Governor and Treasurer of Crofton House School and a Director of: Seon Design Ltd. and Pronghorn Controls Ltd.

    Henry Dethmers Managing Director, Merchant Banking

    Henry joined Tallinn in 2002 and has over 30 years of corporate and commercial lending experince across Western Canada. From 1987 until 2002 he was with National Bank in Calgary in various senior roles including: Regional Manager of Commercial Banking; Senior Manager, Energy Lending Group; Senior Manager, Special Loans; and Senior Manager, Credit.  Prior to that, Henry was with Bank of Montreal for 15 years in a variety of commercial banking positions in Western Canada.

    Henry volunteers on various church boards and youth camps in Western Canada and is a Board Member on the Baptist Union Development Foundation Fund.  He is a Director of: 4Refuel Canada Ltd.; S.i.Systems Ltd.; and Pronghorn Controls Ltd.

    Dan Parmar Director, Merchant Banking

    Dan joined Tallinn in early 2007 and has over 15 years of experience in financial advisory and senior management roles. He holds a B.Comm from UBC and is a Chartered Accountant.

    His prior financial experience includes a managerial role in the financial advisory group of KPMG, the CFO of two B.C. based companies through the public listings process, as well as corporate financings, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate financial reporting and governance.

    Charles Wilson Director, Merchant Banking

    Charles joined Tallinn in early 2007 and has more than a decade of banking experience with TD Bank and Bank of Montreal in Calgary. He holds a B.Comm. from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
     
    In banking, Charles held a variety of progressively more senior commercial banking roles and completed financings for a wide range of purposes including import and export, growth, merger and acquisition, and management buyouts.
