About Us
Tallinn Capital’s conception dates back to its roots as North Point Capital in 1999. After many successful years, on January 1, 2008 we entered a new era of growth and began operating as Tallinn Capital.

Tallinn Capital operates in niche areas of finance, supplementing traditional bank sources. It has two main lines of business: Merchant Banking and Real Estate Lending.

The merchant banking group provides equity, convertible debt, and subordinated debt to established, mid-market operating companies.

The real estate banking group provides second mortgage loans on income producing commercial and multi-family real estate in Western Canada.

Tallinn has a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing timely, creative financing solutions where traditional financing falls short of the borrower’s expectations or requirements. We are able to offer tailored responses and quick decisions. Our flexibility and ability to handle complex transactions are well-established.

3PLogix

3PLogix
3PLogix comprises a group of third party logistics and supply chain management companies that include:
  • Sylvan Distribution Limited: provides customized warehouse and distribution services to several multi-national corporations in Western Canada.
  • Williams Machinery: OEM dealer selling materials handling equipment such as forklifts and bobcats in B.C.
  • IDC Distribution Services Ltd: operates an intermodal rail terminal strategically located immediately adjacent to Fraser Surrey Docks in Surrey, B.C.
  • Van Isle Barge: operates a drop trailer shipping service between Surrey and Vancouver Island.
